Program Music

Program music is a type of instrumental art music that attempts to render an extra-musical narrative musically. The narrative itself might be offered to the audience through the piece's title, or in the form off program notes, inviting imaginative correlations with the music.

In other terms, Program music is usually descriptive, when doing it, you are showing a story or telling a story. Its like a roleplay but with instrumental music or it can be also any presentation that as long as it shows its story.

One of the good song examples of a program music is the Symphonie Fantastique, an instrumental song that is created by Hector Berlioz's and what you are about to see is my attempt of a short clip low budget roleplay which are one of the examples of doing a program music using the symphonie fantastique music.(Warning, its actually cringe xD).
